SWIMMING

Over the warmer months visitors flock to the Gorge to swim in the pool and the basin.

Over winter the pool is drained and is prone to flooding.

A safety fence surrounds the swimming pool and lifeguards are on duty at peak times.

People may swim in the basin at their own discretion.
